No padding, no pre-charged inflation. We share the exact freight charges with you before dispatch, so you only ever pay what delivery genuinely costs.
Honest about timelines
Indian and international logistics are erratic and outside anyone's control. We commit to dispatch confirmation, not delivery-date promises we can't keep.
Why we don't charge shipping upfront
It might look easier to add a fixed shipping fee at checkout — but for a catalogue like ours (tiny LED drivers to large chandeliers and long profiles), a flat fee actually works against you:
- You'd almost always overpay. A fixed fee has to be padded to cover the most expensive, heaviest case — so most orders end up subsidising freight they never used.
- You'd lose your choice of courier. Upfront charging locks you into our carrier. Our way, you pick Bluedart, DTDC, your own logistics, or pay-on-delivery (to-pay).
- No nasty surprises. Real freight depends on your location, the packed size/weight, and the company you choose — so we calculate it for your order and confirm before shipping.
How it works
- Place your order on the website as usual.
- We confirm stock and calculate the exact freight for your address and chosen courier.
- We share the freight amount with you before dispatch — nothing hidden.
- You choose to pay in advance or pay on delivery (to-pay). Only then do we ship.
