02What kind of lighting do you sell?
Mostly everything in lighting solutions — chandeliers, ceiling & wall lights, magnetic track & LED profile lighting, downlights, outdoor & landscape, commercial and architectural lighting, fans-with-light and accessories — our own Eliante range alongside select premium brands.
03Where are your showrooms?

04Do you deliver across India?
Yes — we ship pan-India. In-stock items dispatch quickly; for made-to-order pieces our team confirms the timeline before you order.
05Do you offer pricing for architects, interior designers and trade buyers?
Yes. Architects, interior designers and trade buyers can apply for a trade account for project pricing and dedicated support — apply through our trade-account page or message us on WhatsApp.
06What does “Made to Order” mean?
Some pieces are made to order — crafted fresh after you place your order. It's a fulfilment-timing distinction, not a premium price tier; our team shares the lead time before you confirm.
07Are prices inclusive of GST? Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes — we provide a proper GST invoice with every order.
08Can you help me choose the right lighting for my space?
Absolutely. Share your room or project with us on WhatsApp, or visit a showroom — our team helps with layout, light levels, colour temperature and product selection.
09Do your products carry a warranty?
Yes — warranty varies by product and is shown on each product page. Our team is on WhatsApp for any after-sales support.
10How do I get a quote or place a project order?
