• Our COB downlights, for example, come in four ranges: Essential and Standard carry 2 years, Performance 3 years and Professional 5 years.
• The higher ranges use better LED chips and drivers, so we can cover them for longer.
• Fans carry their maker's warranty, shown on each fan's product page.
• To claim, send us your order number and a photo of the fault. Our team guides you through repair or replacement.

Online payments go through Razorpay, a payment gateway authorised by the Reserve Bank of India.

• We never see or store your card number. Saved cards are kept as secure tokens, as RBI rules require.
• You confirm each online payment yourself, with your bank's OTP or your UPI PIN.
• If money leaves your account but a UPI or card payment fails, RBI rules require it to be returned within 5 days.
• Something wrong with your order? Our money-back guarantee covers you. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Still not sorted? For card and UPI payments, you can also raise a dispute with your bank or UPI app. If they decide in your favour, the money is taken back from us and returned to you.
