Each glass chip hangs on its own fine filament from a slim, perforated canopy set flush into the ceiling, so the piece appears to float free of any visible frame. Density is deliberately uneven through the drop — chips cluster thick and bright across the upper two-thirds, then thin out gradually into a scatter of single pieces trailing toward the floor, giving the whole installation the rhythm of water breaking apart as it falls. Small point-source LEDs recessed into the canopy catch the glass from above, so every chip scatters its own glint of light rather than relying on one central bulb.
