How the 5mm Microline System Works

The system is built around an ultra-slim magnetic track installed on your ceiling or wall. You can simply snap magnetic light modules onto the track – move, add or remove them anytime without tools. The result is a clean, continuous and highly flexible architectural lighting solution.

Track Types – Choose the Right Base

1. Surface / Pendant Track

Ideal for renovations and finished ceilings. Mount directly on the surface or suspend as a pendant magnetic track light above counters, dining tables, islands or retail displays.

2. POP Recessed Track

Fully flush with the POP ceiling for a zero-gap recessed track light look. Requires complete POP work – best for new projects and high-end interiors.

3. Gypsum Recessed Track

Designed for gypsum board ceilings and needs only minor finishing. Gives a neat in-built appearance without heavy POP construction.

The 5mm Microline magnetic track system is designed to work strictly on 24V DC. It is not compatible with 48V magnetic track lights or drivers. Using 48V components can damage the system and will void warranty.

Can I mix different types of lights on the same track?

Absolutely. You can combine linear lights, spotlights, diffusers and curved modules on the same magnetic track lighting system, and reposition them any time.

Do I need a false ceiling to use this system?

For the POP recessed or gypsum recessed tracks, a false ceiling is required. For existing ceilings without a false ceiling, choose the surface or pendant track option.
