Order Confirmation & Manufacturing Process: Upon placing your order, you will receive a detailed confirmation of your specifications. Our manufacturing process is thorough and begins immediately after confirmation, ensuring timely delivery of your custom LED solutions.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of made-to-order products, the following cancellation policy is in place to protect the integrity of our design and production process:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of order placement: Full refund
• Cancellations after 24 hours but before production begins: 50% refund
• Cancellations after production has begun: No refund available

Return & Exchange Policy: Custom LED lighting is designed to your specifications and, as such, cannot be restocked or resold. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Please review your designs carefully before confirmation, and feel free to reach out for clarification on any product specifics.

Quality Assurance: Every custom LED light is subjected to rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets our high standards and your expectations. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, notify us within 1 week to have the issue rectified under our quality assurance policy.

Product Warranty: We stand behind the quality and performance of our LED lighting solutions with a warranty which covers manufacturing defects, voltage fluctuation, hardware malfunctions, etc.

Warranty Conditions:

• To be eligible for warranty service, you must retain your original purchase invoice. The invoice serves as your proof of purchase and indicates the starting date of your warranty period.
• Warranty services may include repair or replacement of the product, depending on the nature of the issue.
• The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or accidental damage.

Damage in Transit: In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the situation, either through repair or replacement, as deemed appropriate.
