This sensor switch uses Microwave(5.8 Ghz cw radar, ISM Band) technology to sense the presence of any person in a room and accordingly control the light. This is a better technology than the PIR sensor as it can falter in hotter weather. You can adjust the sensing distance of the person. The sensor also has a function in which it can permanently switch off the light over a certain ambient lux level. The Time delay after which the light is again switched off after being Switched on with the triger of a person's presence.
