If you have used Login with Facebook (or created an account on our store), you can request deletion of your data at any time.

🔹 How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete your account and associated personal information, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@jainsonslightsonline.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

  2. Please include the email address linked to your Facebook account or Shopify account.

  3. Once we verify your identity, we will permanently delete your personal information from our systems.

🔹 What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon request, the following information will be deleted from our records:

  • Your name, email address, and contact information.

  • Your account details on jainsonslightsonline.com.

  • Any marketing communication preferences linked to your account.

Note: Certain order-related details (e.g., invoices, payment records) may need to be retained for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons, as required by law. These records will not be used for any other purpose.

🔹 Processing Time

We aim to process all deletion requests within 7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
