Stock Confirmation — How It Works
We confirm before we commit
Some products in our catalogue are imported, slow-moving, or not replenished on a regular cycle. For these, we verify that stock is physically available before accepting your order.
You place your order
Your order is logged and our team is immediately notified to check physical availability. No payment is captured until stock is confirmed.
We verify stock — within 24 hours
Our team physically checks that the product is available and in good condition. We will reach out to you by email or phone with a confirmation or an update.
Stock confirmed → Order accepted
If the item is available, your order is confirmed and we proceed with dispatch. You receive an order confirmation and a tracking link once it ships.
Stock unavailable → Order cancelled
If the product is not available or replenishment will take too long, we cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately. You will not be charged.
Why do we sell these at all? These are often unique, imported, or specialty pieces that many customers specifically want. We list them so you can find them — but we are honest that stock cannot be guaranteed until we check.
Acceptance of your order is subject to availability of stock. Placing an order is a request, not a confirmed purchase, until we verify and confirm.
