HIGHLINE 10mm Magnetic Track Lighting System – 48V DC

Create ultra-slim, minimal and flexible lighting layouts with our 10mm magnetic track system. The same track can take multiple light modules – spots, linears and diffused lights – so you can mix ambience and accent lighting in one clean line.

Product Range

1. Track Channels – Surface / Hanging (Type A)

For ceiling surface mounting or hanging from wires/rods. Ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, showrooms & offices.

  • Straight Tracks: 1m & 2m aluminium channels (HL-SS-01M / HL-SS-02M).
  • Curved Track (Ø 600mm): HL-SS 600 curve for rounded and creative layouts.
  • Accessories: surface curve arcs, corner jointers, straight track jointers, suspension kit for hanging, mounting brackets and surface endcaps – everything needed to fix the track in your desired shape.
2. POP Recessed Track Channels (Type B – Pre-POP)

For a completely flush, hidden look inside POP/gypsum ceilings.

  • Straight Tracks: 1m & 2m recessed channels (HL-RR-001 / HL-RR-002).
  • Curved Track (Ø 600mm): HL-RR 600 curve for circular and organic designs.
  • Accessories: recessed curve arcs, pre-POP corner jointers, track jointers and recessed endcaps for neat terminations.
3. Light Modules (48V DC – Magnetic)

All light modules are magnetic plug-in type and can be repositioned anywhere on the track without tools.

  • Track Spots – HL-B Series
    5W / 10W / 18W, 90° tiltable & 355° rotatable, beam 24°.
    Perfect for highlighting artworks, merchandise, walls or objects.
  • Linear Fixed Spots – HL-F Series
    Compact linears in multiple lengths (approx. 113mm / 195mm / 307mm / 388mm).
    Beam 30° for continuous, focused grazing of walls or shelves.
  • Adjustable Linear Spots – HL-G Series
    5W / 10W versions, 180° tiltable; beam 30° for flexible accent lighting along corridors, wardrobes and niches.
  • Linear Diffused – HL-E Series
    8W / 16W / 24W (approx. 300mm / 600mm / 900mm lengths).
    Beam 100° for soft, continuous ambient light along the track.
  • CCT Options: 3000K & 4000K (warm & neutral white).
  • DALI Dimmable + Tunable White (DT8) Options: Available on selected models for advanced control, mood setting and integration with automation systems.
4. Common Accessories
  • Power adaptor & corner adaptor for feeding power into straight and L-shape layouts.
  • Straight adaptors & jointers for continuous long runs.
  • Suspension kits for hanging track from high ceilings.
  • Endcaps for clean, finished edges on both surface and recessed tracks.

How to Order

To make ordering easy, follow these simple steps or share your layout with us and we will prepare the complete BOQ for you.

  1. Understand Your Space
    Note the room size, ceiling height and where you need light: general lighting, wall washing, wardrobe/shelves, highlight points, etc.
  2. Choose the Track Type
    Decide if you want a surface / hanging track or a POP recessed track – or a mix of both.
  3. Plan the Layout & BOQ
    Decide the shape: straight, L-shaped, U-shaped, rectangle or circular. Based on this, calculate:
    • Total length of straight tracks (1m / 2m pieces).
    • Number of 600mm curved pieces (for round or soft corners).
    • Required jointers, corner pieces, endcaps and suspension kits.
  4. Select the Light Modules
    For each track run, choose:
    • Number of track spots (HL-B) for accent & display lighting.
    • Number of linear fixed / adjustable spots (HL-F / HL-G) where you need focused lines of light.
    • Number of diffused linears (HL-E) for general ambient light.
    • Colour temperature (3000K warm / 4000K neutral) and whether you need DALI dimmable + tunable white.
  5. Confirm Drivers / Power Supply
    Match the total wattage of all light modules with the appropriate 48V power supply. Our team can help you size this correctly.
  6. Share Your BOQ & Place Order
    Send us your calculated BOQ or simply share your drawing / sketch. We will verify, optimise and then share a final quote.
