Feather Glass Swosh Chandelier – Double-Height Residence, Guwahati

We made this feather glass chandelier to order for a private home in Guwahati in 2022. It hangs through the full double height of the living room, from the upper ceiling down past the staircase and the tall windows, so it reads as one sweeping curve from both floors.

Project overview

• Location: Guwahati, Assam
• Space: double-height living room and staircase in a private residence
• Year: 2022
• Scope: two custom chandeliers, made in our workshop and installed by our team

The design

• Feather glass spiral: clear and gold-toned glass leaves, each hung on its own fine wire from a mirrored ceiling canopy. The leaves are set at changing angles so the chandelier twists as it falls, and the light catches each edge.
• Glass ribbon spiral: for the same home we made a second piece of twisted glass ribbons in clear and gradient amber, hung from a round mirrored canopy with LED lighting, built to the agreed design.

Execution highlights

• Height: our team installed the pieces from scaffolding across the double-height void, wire by wire.
• Made to order: the shape, height, glass colours and canopy finish are all decided per project. We can make a version of this chandelier for your own space.

Send us your ceiling height and a photo of your space, and our team will propose a custom chandelier for it. Talk to us on WhatsApp at +91 98991 88821.
