Order Confirmation & Manufacturing Process: Upon placing your order, you will receive a detailed confirmation of your specifications. Our manufacturing process is thorough and begins immediately after confirmation, ensuring timely delivery of your custom LED solutions.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of made-to-order products, the following cancellation policy is in place to protect the integrity of our design and production process:
- Cancellations within 24 hours of order placement: Full refund
- Cancellations after 24 hours but before production begins: 50% refund
- Cancellations after production has begun: No refund available
Return & Exchange Policy: Custom LED lighting is designed to your specifications and, as such, cannot be restocked or resold. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. Please review your designs carefully before confirmation, and feel free to reach out for clarification on any product specifics.
Quality Assurance: Every custom LED light is subjected to rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets our high standards and your expectations. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, notify us within 1 week to have the issue rectified under our quality assurance policy.
Product Warranty: We stand behind the quality and performance of our LED lighting solutions with a warranty which covers manufacturing defects, voltage fluctuation, hardware malfunctions, etc.
Warranty Conditions:
- To be eligible for warranty service, you must retain your original purchase invoice. The invoice serves as your proof of purchase and indicates the starting date of your warranty period.
- Warranty services may include repair or replacement of the product, depending on the nature of the issue.
- The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or accidental damage.
Damage in Transit: In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the situation, either through repair or replacement, as deemed appropriate.
Consultation Services: Our experts are available for consultation to ensure that your custom lighting meets all your expectations. We strongly recommend taking advantage of this service prior to confirming your order.

1. Product Offering
1.1 Types of Decorative Lights
- Built-in LED Lights: These lights come with integrated LED lighting, eliminating the need for additional lamps.
- Holder Lights: These lights feature holders that can accommodate various lamp types, such as LED or Incandescent Lamps. Please note, lamps for these lights are not included in the product, unless specified otherwise.
2. Product Warranty
2.1 Holder Lights Warranty
- Lights with standard holders (without built-in LED lights) do not come with a warranty, as the lamps are replaceable.
2.2 Exclusions from Warranty
- Natural wear and tear or deterioration due to external factors are not covered under warranty.
2.3 Built-in LED Lights Warranty
- Due to the customized and imported nature of products with built-in LED lights, these cannot be covered under standard warranty.
- We offer after-sales service, providing spare parts or chargeable repair services when possible.
3. Damage in Transit
- Given the fragile nature of our lights, we recommend wooden or special box packing for safer transport.
- In case of damage during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will strive to provide spare parts or suitable solutions based on availability.
4. Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy
- Due to the fast-changing fashion nature of our products, and in cases where products are sourced externally or custom-manufactured, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
- However, for products that are part of our regular stock, we may offer an exchange provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
5. Installation
- Installation services are not included with our product offerings.
- Considering the unique nature of our products, we can arrange for specialized installation services through external vendors and technicians on a chargeable basis.
6. Site Feasibility
- Decorative lights come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, and depending on the installation location and project site factors, alterations or additions may be necessary.
- Customers are advised to plan in advance and purchase lights accordingly. While the planning and execution of installation are the responsibility of the customer, our team is committed to providing the best technical advice available to assist in this process.

- Customer Care: For escalations or if you have misplaced the salesperson’s contact, please reach out to our Customer Care at 9266629996. We recommend using this number primarily for escalations.
Supply-Related Issues
- Delivery Delays: While we are committed to timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as shipping company delays or supplier/manufacturer issues. In these instances, your patience and understanding are appreciated. Please note that Jainsons Lights cannot be held responsible for any loss caused due to these delays.
Product Service
- Onsite Service: We do not offer onsite service for products under warranty. Exceptions may be made at our discretion, where our team may visit the client’s site for special cases.
- Repair Responsibility: For products given to us for repair, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the repaired items within 30 days. Post this period, Jainsons Lights will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product.
Return and Exchange Policy
- Decorative Lights: Given the fast-changing nature of our products, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered for externally sourced or custom-manufactured products. However, exchanges may be considered for regular stock items, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
- LED Lights: Made-to-order products cannot be returned or cancelled. Exchanges may incur additional costs. Ready-made products are not eligible for return or exchange. Regular stock items may be exchanged under the same conditions as decorative lights.
Delivery and Shipment
- Preferred Shipping: Inform us of your preferred shipping service provider at the time of order.
- Transit Delays: Delays in transit are generally beyond our control, but our team will coordinate and address any issues with the relevant parties.
- Transit Damage: Damage during transit is not within our control, but we will strive to provide spare parts or replacements subject to availability.

1. Invoice Modification
Time Frame for Modifications: Requests for any modifications or corrections to invoices must be made within the month of the original purchase date.
Restrictions: Modifications or corrections requested after this period cannot be accommodated.
2. Invoice Delivery
Method of Delivery: Invoices will be sent to customers via SMS and email through the Credflow application.
Acknowledgement of Transaction: Receipt of these communications by the customer is considered an acknowledgement of the transaction detailed in the invoice.
3. Discrepancies and GST Input Credit
Reporting Discrepancies: Customers are encouraged to report any doubts or discrepancies to their sales contact at Jainsons Lights immediately for resolution.
GST Input Credit Issues: For issues related to GST input credit not reflecting at the customer’s end, whether due to errors in entering GST information or other technical glitches, customers should contact their sales representative for assistance.
4. Payment Terms
Standard Credit Terms: Our standard credit terms are 45 days from the invoice date.
Interest on Late Payments: Any delay in payment post the 45-day credit term will attract an interest of 18% per annum.
5. Supply Shortages and Quality Issues
Communication of Issues: Any shortage in supply or quality issues must be communicated to the company as promptly as possible.
Payment Obligations: These issues should not be a reason to hold back payments. Jainsons Lights is fully responsible for resolving any issues, irrespective of the status of your payments.
6. Consequences of Non-Payment
Suspension of Services: In the event of non-payment of dues within the stipulated time frame, all after-sales support, warranty, and repair services will be ceased to the customer until the payments are cleared.
