International shipping — your options

Two shipping modes, your choice of shipper, no markup on freight, and full transparency on what happens after dispatch.

How we ship internationally

After your order is confirmed and stock verified, our team contacts you to discuss which shipping mode fits your priorities:

  • LCL (Less than Container Load) — sea / road. More economical, longer transit. Right for bulk, decor, fixtures, or non-urgent orders.
  • Air freight. Faster transit at higher cost. Right for urgent or compact orders.
  • Your preferred shipper. Have a forwarder you trust (DHL, FedEx, your in-house logistics, your country's customs broker)? Nominate them — we hand the packed goods to them directly.

Shipping charges — at actual, fully transparent

We do not mark up freight. You pay the exact rate the carrier charges. Our team will share the full quoted shipping charges before dispatch so you can decide whether to proceed.

What is included in the shipping charges (paid by you):

  • Freight (sea / air / road) from our warehouse to your destination
  • Export documentation at origin
  • Port and terminal handling at origin
  • Customs clearance at origin
  • Any other export-side charges (collectively called export shipment charges)

Once we receive your order and confirm stock, we share the full export shipment quote. Dispatch happens after you approve it.

Customs and duties — at destination

Customs duties, import taxes, and any local clearance fees at your destination are paid by you at delivery — separate from the shipping charges above. The rate varies by destination country and product category. We cannot pre-pay these on your behalf.

If you nominate your own customs broker or forwarder, they typically handle this directly with you. If we ship via LCL or Air through our forwarders, you may receive a customs invoice from the courier before delivery.

Why we do not commit to a delivery date

International logistics involve multiple handovers — origin port, transit, customs clearance at destination, last-mile delivery. Each stage has variable timelines outside our control.

What we DO commit to: dispatch confirmation. The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you get the tracking number and full handover details.

The best way to get a predictable delivery: nominate your own preferred international shipper. You will know their service-level commitments and have a direct line for issues.
