  • Items marked Stock Confirmation Required are imported or slow-moving — we verify before committing.
  • If anything is unavailable, we inform you within 24 hours and refund prepaid orders (or cancel COD orders).

  • Choose your shipper — Bluedart, DTDC, your own logistics partner, or anything else. Gives you the best predictability.
  • Shipping at actual cost — no markup, no pre-charged inflation. We share exact freight charges before dispatch.
  • No fixed delivery timeline — Indian (and international) logistics are erratic and outside our control. We commit to dispatch confirmation, not delivery dates.

How you track depends on which method we used to ship your order — most orders go via Shiprocket, bulk/remote orders via transport or special courier.

Bulk & remote-location orders
