This is a genuine Iris Cristal light, imported into India from Europe. Iris Cristal is based in Redován, Alicante, Spain, and has a 40-year heritage. Its roots are in the crystal-making tradition of Old Bohemia, now the Czech Republic, going back to the 18th century. The maker uses centuries-old techniques of hand-drawing and hand-cutting crystal.

Seen from across the room, the glass forms a low sweep of curves around the centre. Bohemia crystal provides the decoration, with the single white colour drawing attention to the curves and spaces.
Over a dining table beneath a high ceiling, the wide body can sit as a distinct suspended feature. Sixteen G9 lamps serve Antonio, and its listed full hanging length is 230 cm.
