Original Iris Cristal · Imported from Europe
This is a genuine Iris Cristal light, imported into India from Europe. Iris Cristal is based in Redován, Alicante, Spain, and has a 40-year heritage. Its roots are in the crystal-making tradition of Old Bohemia, now the Czech Republic, going back to the 18th century. The maker uses centuries-old techniques of hand-drawing and hand-cutting crystal.
See the full Iris Cristal collectionOnly about 44 cm across, Borneo builds its white crystal curves upward through a 72 cm high body. The modern Bohemia crystal silhouette is distinctly narrow, making height the main visual feature. Its white finish keeps the sculpted glass forms within a single pale palette.
A tall entrance or stair landing with limited ceiling width would make sense of those proportions. Twelve G9 lamps serve the upright arrangement, bringing multiple light points into this relatively slender chandelier.
