Belt Link Modular Track Lighting System – 48V DC
The most flexible architectural lighting system in our magnetic-track family. A simple flat belt replaces rigid track — drape, suspend, curve, or layer it across any custom designer installation. Snap-on luminaires (spots, hanging balls, linear diffusers, glass cylinders) plug into the belt with click-and-connect technology. Available in three designer belt colours: Begonia Red, Dark Gray, Avocado. Powered by external 100W or 200W 48V DC supplies; can be retrofitted to existing Ultra-Thin track systems via adapters.
Product Range
1. The Belt — 10m / 20m rolls in 3 designer colours
The flat-cable belt is the heart of the system. Cut to length on site, snap luminaires anywhere along it, then anchor to ceilings or walls.
- 10M Roll — Begonia Red, Dark Gray, or Avocado. For shorter installations, single rooms, or experimental layouts.
- 20M Roll — same three colours. For long architectural runs, double-height halls, or high-density installations.
- Cross-section: 29mm wide × 3mm thick. Click-and-connect functionality with built-in tension adjustment from taut to relaxed.
2. Light Modules (BT30 Series) — 48V DC magnetic plug-in
All luminaires snap onto the belt magnetically and can be repositioned without tools. CRI >90 with CREE / OSRAM LEDs (3000K & 4000K available across the range).
- Round Spots — BT30-SR92 / SR92-F: Compact spots Ø92mm, beam 38°/60°, CREE LEDs.
- Hanging Balls / Globes — BT30-HB150 / HR200 / HT350: Decorative pendant fixtures Ø150–350mm, OSRAM 2835 LEDs, beam 120°.
- Linear Spots — BT30-LB10 / LB15: Narrow 24°/40° beams in 268mm or 400mm lengths, OSRAM 3030 LEDs.
- Linear Diffusers — BT30-DF265 / DF530: Soft 120° wash in 268mm or 533mm lengths.
- Glass Cylinder — BT30-G100: Aluminium + glass decorative pendant, 3000K only.
3. Surface Canopies & Mounting
- Surface Canopy D205 / D260: Round canopies that house the power supply internally — clean ceiling-mounted finish, no external driver visible.
- Remote Surface Canopy (Feeder): Smaller canopy used as a feeder when the PSU is concealed elsewhere.
- Circular Ratchet (Double Belts): For setups where two parallel belts are tensioned together.
4. Connections & Adapters
- BT-AD1 Adapter: Transforms Ultra-Thin (MS30) modules to fix on the Belt — bridges the two systems.
- BT-AD2 Adapter: Connector between an Ultra-Thin track and the Belt (electrical conduction).
- BT-AD3 Adapter: BT-AD1 without the pin board — for non-electrical mounting.
- BT-AD4 Input Module: BT-AD1 with cable to connect external power.
5. Power Supplies
External 48V DC drivers in two ratings:
- BT30-SP100 — 100W, AC 220V → DC 48V / 2.1A. For shorter belts and low-density module mixes.
- BT30-SP200 — 200W, AC 220V → DC 48V / 4.15A. For long runs or many high-wattage modules.
6. Accessories
- BT-HOS-SP: Surface PSU casing — hide the driver against the ceiling (250×90×45mm).
- Counter Weight: Circular ratchet for vertical/floor-lamp belt applications.
- Belt Support: Sandy Black mid-span belt support clip.
- Belt End Caps: Single-wire and double-wire variants for clean run terminations.
7. Smart Control (Tuya WiFi/BLE)
Optional Tuya WiFi/BLE Smart Remote for app-based and physical-knob control of dimming, CCT and scenes — works with two AAA batteries and the Tuya Smart app.

How to Order — Plan Your Belt Layout in 6 Steps
This is a custom-installation system. Send us your layout and we'll prepare a complete BOQ free of cost. Or follow these steps yourself:
- Sketch the Layout — note belt path (straight, curved, suspended, draped), total run length, and where each fixture should sit.
- Choose Belt Colour — Begonia Red, Dark Gray, or Avocado. Pick 10m or 20m rolls (or both).
- Pick the Light Modules — mix Round Spots (accent), Hanging Balls/Globes (decorative), Linear Spots (focused beam), Linear Diffusers (ambient wash). Confirm 3000K or 4000K CCT.
- Plan Mounting — Surface Canopy (built-in PSU) or external PSU + Surface Casing? Where does the belt anchor and where does it terminate?
- Size the Power Supply — sum total wattage of modules, choose 100W or 200W. Add spare capacity for future modules.
- Finalise & Order — share BOQ on WhatsApp; we verify, optimise, and quote.
