Vogue Auto Luxury Car Showroom – Lighting Design in the Brand's Orange

Vogue Auto India is a pre-owned luxury car showroom with lighting designed around its brand and its cars. We designed the lighting with architect Raghav Sachdeva of WADCO and supplied all the lights. Curved orange profiles carry Vogue Auto's logo colour across the dark ceiling, while focused light brings out the cars below.

The lighting design

• Brand colour on the ceiling: We custom-made curved profile lights and powder-coated them in Vogue Auto's orange logo colour. They hang from the dark ceiling as long rounded loops, carrying the brand colour across the showroom.
• Light for the cars: The magnetic track runs inside the curved profile itself, with 20W magnetic track spots aimed down at the cars. The same line gives the ceiling its brand glow and directs focused light onto the cars.
• True colour in the shed: regular 30W track lights with CRI above 90 light the shed.
• Inner office: dimmable lights give the inner office a slightly darker, softer effect.

Execution highlights

• Designed together: we worked out the lighting with architect Raghav Sachdeva of WADCO, from the brand-colour lines to the car spots.
• One supplier: every light in the showroom, the shed and the office came from us, including the custom-made orange profiles.
