Thousands of fine crystal strands fall from a mirrored ceiling canopy in soft, wave-like contours, scattered with points of LED light that read like stars against the reflective surface above. Scaled for genuinely grand volumes, this installation transforms an entire double-height ceiling into a single immersive light feature — the kind of centrepiece built for a hotel atrium, a sales gallery or a landmark lobby rather than a standard room.
The canopy is finished in mirror-polished stainless steel, doubling the perceived density of the crystal curtain through reflection, while the strands themselves are cut to graduated lengths so the drop reads as a gentle wave rather than a flat curtain. Embedded point-source LEDs are worked into the canopy and upper strands to catch the eye from a distance, while the lower strands soften into a diffuse crystal haze closer to eye level. Every dimension — canopy size, drop height and wave pattern — is built to the specific volume of the space.
