Dasnac Westminster, Noida – Sample Flat & Marketing Office Lighting

In 2025, Jainsons Lights (since 1978) lit the 4+1 BHK sample flat and the marketing office of Dasnac Westminster, a luxury residential project on the Noida Expressway in Sector 146. We supplied the architectural lighting for both spaces, supplied and installed a cluster of amber glass chandeliers, and supplied decorative chandeliers for the sample flat.

What we supplied:

• Deep anti-glare COB downlights: from our Sword Pro range. Black reflectors in the living areas and under the wooden ceilings; white-body versions in the kitchen, dining area and bathrooms.
• Magnetic track systems: in the bedrooms and the dining area, with linear track lights and diffused linear modules. Over the dining table the track runs as a square with L-shaped corners. See our magnetic track lights.
• Hidden LED lines: LED strip in L-shaped aluminium profiles for the coves and ceiling lines.
• Marketing office: anti-glare COB downlights with black reflectors and linear LED profiles across the reception, sales offices and lounges.
• Amber glass chandelier cluster: amber glass candle-arm chandeliers in three sizes, hung at staggered heights under a slatted timber ceiling (photo above).
• Decorative chandeliers: for the sample flat.
