Tiered Silk-Paper Lantern Chandelier – A Statement Piece for Dining

Soft, sculptural, and serene, this Japandi-inspired tiered lantern chandelier pairs airy white ribbed silk-paper shades with crisp matte black wood neck rings. The fine horizontal ribbing diffuses internal illumination into a gentle, warm glow, creating a calm architectural focal point that can be made to order by Jainsons Lights, since 1978.

Each pendant combines an enclosed upper lantern—formed as a wide oval globe, a tall rounded cylinder, or a compact sphere—with an open dome lower shade separated by turned matte black wooden collars. Suspended on slender black cords either as a single statement lantern or a staggered multi-pendant composition, the tiered silhouette balances generous volume with visual lightness.

Well suited to dining tables, serene living rooms, reading lounges, and calm hospitality interiors, this design brings tactile warmth and understated modern character to both contemporary and timber-accented spaces.
