A twisting loop of turquoise glass beads animates a colourful dining ceiling, adding movement and playful scale above the tables below. Bright and graphic, it suits spaces that want their lighting to double as decor.
Turquoise and grey hand-blown glass beads alternate along a flexible metal armature that twists into open loops across the ceiling, with small integrated lights set along its length. The linear, adaptable format allows the piece to be routed around ceiling features, columns or beams, making it well suited to hospitality interiors with existing architectural detail.
Each bead is hand-blown in the traditional way — a gather of molten glass on the end of a blowpipe is shaped purely by breath, gravity and hand tools on a marver, a slow craft process that gives every piece its own subtle character.
